Gloria Hernandez

Gloria Hernandez is a Case Manager at Imani Injury Firm, APC, where she proudly serves the Inland Empire community in which she was born and raised. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and her background in educational and behavioral settings informs her thoughtful, organized, and client centered approach. Gloria is known for her clear communication, strong attention to detail, and steady, empathetic presence during what are often stressful and uncertain times for clients.

In her role, Gloria supports clients from intake through recovery by coordinating medical treatment, obtaining medical records and billing, tracking treatment progress and case deadlines, and facilitating communication between medical providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. She also assists with the demand and negotiations process by helping compile and organize supporting documentation to ensure each claim is presented accurately and thoroughly. Gloria takes pride in being a consistent point of contact and a strong advocate for the people the firm represents, with the goal of ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and respected while working toward a fair and meaningful outcome.
